NY's semi-auto rifle rules apply to rim fire arms also--------------The following are prohibited: ✘Semi-automatic rifles that can accept a detachable magazine and have one or more of the following features: 1. Over 10 round capacity

Darrell, no Sir, it has too many NY restricted features and is not even close to being NY legal unfortunately. This rifle has a combination of Folding / telescoping stock, Pistol Grip, Flash suppressor and Threaded barrel - any one of which disqualifies it in NY. Unfortunately, this is not complaint in New York. It has features that are not allowed in New York. This has too many things that would have to be taken off. This is similar to California, except our laws are for center fire firearms. Rimfires for California are only restricted to 10-round magazine capacity. It was my pleasure to assist you.
