how and where do I enter my coupon code to get the credit?

Click on your cart and enter it under items in coupon code box.

Once item is in your cart - enter coupon code in the "Have A Coupon Code" box - then click the "Validate Coupon" box to apply coupon amount.

When you check out there is a coupon code box enter your code there and Validate Coupon.
