Used Smith & Wesson M&P40 .40 S&W
Michael, no Sir. This specific model does not appear on the CA DOJ approved Roster. Only (2) 3.12 inch barrel models 40S&W Shields on approved. Click page 7 of approved S&W's --- https://www.oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search?make=151002
