Chris, first, disassemble and reassemble your magazine and make sure the top of the spring is set correctly in the bottom of follower (or try another magazine if available). The will ensure the case is held at the right angle. Most feeding issues can be traced o the magazine. If this does not resolve the issue then contact Beretta for service at 1-800-BERETTA. Cheers!

Chris, Yea that problem is pretty wide spread with the Nano. You need hot ammo to get it to cycle properly. Low powered ammo turns the Nano into a single shot pistol.

Those nanos come with some problem. If you filled out your warranty card then contact them.
