Larry, CO has a 15d magazine capacity limit. I have heard from other members that if magazine capacity is the ONLY state restriction that some Buds personnel have offered to remove/replace magazines. I would contact Buds Customer Service to see whether or not they will at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

with a mag change I would be legal and We have been told that buds will ship with NO Magazine if that is the only reason that a gun is non- compliant you would need to Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button and they will help you with the order . We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions

Larry, No go. A firearm can not be altered in any way from the factory to be shipped to CO. Not even pulling the standard capacity magazine. Some state when the magazine capacity is only issue and state law allows firearm to be altered BUDs will pull magazine and ship without. But not for CO or some other states that do not allow firearms to be altered in any way to be shipped to CO.

The magazine is nit compliant. The words around the streets is that Bud's will probably ship with no mag. I've seen that before here in other question. Hmm? Contact buds or use the live chat.
