no it can not the 380 is a rimless case while the 38 sp and 357 are rimmed cases. without the rim there is nothing to keep the round from sliding too deeply into the chamber

Pretty sure you can shoot .380 in the supplied 9mm cylinder but NOT in the .38/,357 cylinder. But I can't imagine why you would want to since 9mm can be found at cheaper prices than .380 and has more power ... more bang for the buck! I would stick to what the manual tells you and again I'm pretty sure it will say 9mm ...not 380 NOTE ; IT SAYS THIS GUN COMES WITH A 9MM CYLINDER.
