There seems to be about 40 different variations of the M&P Shield listed on this site with prices ranging from the low $300 to over $500 depending on the configuration/options. Which models were you referring to when comparing price ? The "le" suffix stands for Law Enforcement model which is normally only available to customers who can provide the S&W required qualified professional credentials.....police, fire, first responders, military, etc.
