Cody, no Sir because of the 30rd Magazine. Some members have reported that some Buds Customer Service Reps have offered to remove/replace magazines if capacity is the ONLY State restriction. I would ask directly at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon-Sat and 11am - 7pm Sun (7 days a week).
