Interesting question. Luckily, I have both the 455 and the 457. The only difference is that I have it in 22LR. Out of curiosity, I decided to see if the barrels were interchangeable. It works for me on my 22LR rifles. Keep in mind I am just talking about the barrels not the entire action. I would still consult with CZ or a firearms expert for a better answer.
