Sheng, you would want the H&K SP5K as it has a smoother trigger compared to the H&K SP5. All else is essentially the same.
The SP5 comes with a paddle magazine release already installed, that is essentially a must-have mod for the SP5K that doesn't come with it and can be a little pricey and annoying to install. SP5 also has the threaded tri-lug barrel which does not come on the SP5K and is a very expensive and labor intensive modification to add to it; if you have any future plans to add a suppressor SP5 is probably the way to go. The end cap design is also slightly different on both guns meaning they will take different stocks/braces. All in all, I seriously doubt you will be disappointed with either option. I've had an SBR'd SP5K for a few years now and it's awesome, the SP5 wasn't released yet back then but even if it had been available at the time I probably would have still chosen the SP5K just because I've always thought that particular configuration was cool.
