I see the sights are labeled as fixed however could the rear sights be adjusted for windage with an adjustment tool if need be, or are they welded in place?

Fixed sites are pretty much dead on with all brands of ammo, but I generally only shoot at short (_ 10 m) distances. No windage adjustments possible.
