Gerry, The 10 lb DP-12 will handle these low recoil rounds no problem. Lot of less expensive 12 ga rounds out there, but if you want this round it will work just fine in your DP-12

It will work in your dp12. Recoil will be felt less with that shotgun.

Gerry, the only way to know for sure is to try a box or two Sir. If it functions fine, and it likely will, then stock up. Some firearms can be finicky even between the same model. Cheers!
