Ok here's my question. I live in Tx. I have my CHL, and I'm working in PA, outside of Philly. I am planning on buying a handgun( .22 Mag Cal) . Since I'm not a resident of Pennsylvania will I still be allowed to have the pistol shipped to Pennsylvania or do I have to have it shipped to Texas if I purchased it from Bud's?

Shawn,  it must be shipped to your State of residence pursuant to Federal Law. Long Guns can but not handguns.
