Chad, since the community members here are customers same as yourself, you will need to continue trying to contact Buds Customer Service at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon-Sat and 11am - 7pm Sun (7 days a week). Wish I had a better answer brother but, I don't. Hope Buds takes care of you.
