What kind of business will not take email messages. Are they arrogant or what? Any company can be busy but this is no way to do any business. I have been sent an item that is not what I ordered!!!! I guess I will file a complaint with the BBB. Customers, start boycotting companies that treat customers with arrogant contempt!!!!!!

Gerald, Buds systems have been overloaded most of the day Sir likely due to crazy order volumes and logistical issues with COV-19. Sorry, but the chat thing is non-existent and does not work, as far as the past few days. I also have the same problem as the original complainant, and my item hasn't shipped yet, but it is in shipping status currently, and i do not want an item that i will not use. Buds really needs to open the lines especially for those who are TEAM BUDS members like me.
