Mark, the firearms are the exact same. The Qualified Professional version comes with a discount to First Responders and may have an additional accessory such as a 3rd magazine instead of the 2 for the non LE version.
Nothing physical from what I can tell. It's just that Buds and CZ reached an agreement on a lower price point for the LE model, as that one is in the Qualified Professionals section. The QP section is only available to people who are or were in the military, law enforcement, first responders, and others, and they get access to the discounted item in the QP section. https://www.budsgunshop.com/qualified_professional_discounts.php ------ So other than one of them being specifically discounted, they are the same firearm.
