A dumb question from a first-time gun buyer: There are several 9MM ammo types (9mm Luger, 9×19mm Parabellum, 9mm Ultra, etc....).  How to choose the right type of bullets for this pistol?

9x19mm is the correct cartridge and goes by the name 9mm Luger, 9x19mm Parabellum or Para or simply P, and 9mm NATO. Cartridges like 9x18mm Ultra, 9x18mm Makarov, and 9mm Short (A.K.A. .380 ACP or 9mm Browning) are quite similar but will not work.

Any ammo marked 9mm Luger, 9×19mm or 9mm Parabellum will work just fine this this pistol.  I hope this helps

9mm Luger, 9x19mm Parabellum or Para are all the same , and 9mm NATO is just slightly hotter. All of these can be used interchangeably
