No they will not. These 6 round mags will be a bit too short for the LCP II. I hope this helps.

Tamlynn, no Ma'am, the standard LCP six-round magazine will not work with the LCP II (they fit inside the grip well but will not allow a round to be chambered). Interestingly, LCP II magazines will fit into an older LCP and chamber a round, but they won't lock the slide back.
