You just have to keep trying Buds Customer Service for status information at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button (which is up and down) at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
Just keep trying you will need to Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button and they will help you We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions
A couple of guys already gave me the contact information for buds. The best thing is to keep trying. These are rough time for all of us. We all have to get through this. Please be patient. It was my pleasure to somewhat assist you.
