Ronnie, (contact with Buds is difficult at the moment but) I have heard from other members that if magazine capacity is the ONLY state restriction that some Buds personnel have offered to remove/replace magazines. I would contact Buds Customer Service to see whether or not they will at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
Yes. If you find a 10 round magazine you can use those along with the 15 round magazine with no issues. It was my pleasure to assist you.
yes any of the 17 cal 10/22 style mags will work just fine
