Jesse, each magazine is a 14rd capacity magazine Sir. Cheers!
They're not split. Every magazine included holds 14 rounds itself. So if you load them up and put in in the chamber and carry the other magazine you will have a total of 29 rounds at your disposal, unless you load a separate round in the chamber before you insert the second magazine after firing off the first magazine. It was my pleasure to assist you.
As you can see in the title of the listing it says "FMK Firearms 9C1G2 9MM 4" 14RD FAT 2 MAGS BB" where 14RD stands for 14 rounds. To make it easier for you in the future, when you see some number before RD it most likely will be a capacity, like 9+1RD, 14RD, 30RD, etc. Hope it will help. Cheers!
