You just have to keep trying Buds Customer Service for cancellation assistance at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button (which is up and down) at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
Currently, you cannot cancel an order. It is posted on top of any page you visit on the site.p man.
Log in and use the chat feature, it's a much nicer experience than being on hold.
