JB, I have heard from other members that if magazine capacity is the ONLY state restriction that some Buds personnel have offered to remove/replace magazines. I would contact Buds Customer Service to see whether or not they will at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

I have also heard through this community that they'll do that. I'd contact customer service but good luck because they're packed!

JB, Not for CO. Firearm can not be altered from the way it comes from factory and that means pulling or exchanging magazines to ship to CO. Some states you can pull the standard capacity magazine to make it compliant and BUDs will do that and ship with no magazine. But this gun does not come from the factory with no magazine so can't ship to CO with no magazine or a different one from the standard capacity magazine that came shipped with it from factory.

I don't know of any low capacity magazines. We have been told that buds will ship with NO Magazine if that is the only reason that a gun is non- compliant you would need to Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button and they will help you with the order .
