I have purchased ten of this Magpul PMAG M2 MOE Magazine AR-15 .223 Rem/5.56 NATO 30RD last week. Please help to confirm whether this mag can be used for HK MR556? Thank you.

Sheng, Only the Gen 3 PMAGS were redesigned to fit the MR556. The Gen 2s are a bit too thick. You can jam them in, but will not drop free.

Sheng, the HK MR556 has a tight tolerance magazine well ad Magpul M2 Magazines will work but may or may not drop free. This has more to do with the tolerances of individual magazines. Just mark the ones that do and use those. The Magpul M3 are slightly thinner and will drop free in the HK MR556. Stay safe and Cheers!
