I ordered ammo on Thursday but my foid wasn't on file so I sent them two emails with my foid info attached. However two days later my order still says pending foid. How long should I wait before being concerned that my order isn't going to move forward knowing that my foid still hasn't been acknowledged

How long should I wait before being concerned that my order isn't going to move forward knowing that my foid still hasn't been acknowledged

Things are crazy at Buds right now. Please keep trying to Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button  . We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions

Brandon, Buds Customer Service may be able to advise you of options in case April get here and the purchase is not complete at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
