Adam, yes Sir. The Gen II PTR 32 uses a G3/91 receiver and furniture. Anything that will fit a 91 will fit on the PTR with the exception of the port buffer and possibly the carry handle as the 32 has the built in Picatinny rail that covers part of the receiver that the port buffer clips onto.

Yes all standard HK91 furniture fits with no problems
