Hi Phillip, us Community members are non Buds employees. You can contact Buds Customer Service to ask for possible photos to be sent to you at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).

Its advertised as 90%-100% of new condition, so it probably looks just like new. You do have the right to refuse transfer at the FFL if its not as described. You would get a full refund if you refused to accept it. And if you call 1-859-368-0371, they may be able to email you an actual photo, (I've never tried though).
