Rich, this shotgun will work with the vast majority of standard and high velocity shotgun shells. Just avoid the lightest of low brass loads and you will be fine. Stay safe Sir!

Just about all ammo. Shotguns are very versatile. If i could only have 3 guns and I was left in an island or a lonely city with zombies, I would want a 22lr revovler, a 223 semi auto and a 12 gauge shotgun. It was a pleasure to assist you.

Like these guys said....shotguns pretty much eat anything you throw at them...but I do like federal ammunition.
