Its so crazy right now at Buds with the panic buying that they are running about 5-7 days behind shipping is taking 10-12 days on some items. Some Items are shipped but have not had the status updated. They are working hard to get them shipped out

Jason, shipping will have to be played by ear. Expect shipping times to be 10 to 12 days which is a few days longer than Buds regular 5 to 7 day from order to reception times. Stay safe Sir!

I keep getting people answering my question on when my order was going to ship, by saying contact Customer Service or use the chat. I am here to tell you, I called 22 times on Thursday and the Chat does not work. I understand what going on in the world but the money was taken quickly . If there was going to be a back up, they should have put a disclaimer. They are still wanting people to buy stuff but no one is getting their orders. Bad business to go completely dark on your customers.
