No. It's your responsibility. You can try, but your agreement is a contract.
Give it a try. It doesn't hurt to ask. I would ask if I had that problem.
t never hurts to ask I have found that with the right attitude sometimes you can get people to help you Contact Buds customer service use the blue chat now button and they will help you We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions
Zachary, only Buds can answer this for you but, as you know, they are having contact, logistical and order issues due to COVID-19. You just have to keep trying to contact them via Live Chat since their phone 1-859-368-0371 is currently not manned. I wish I had something concrete to tell you Sir. Being customers the same as yourself, we cannot give you an answer. Buds will have to pull it together and get their many issues resolved. Hope they do soon. Stay safe and Cheers!
Zachary, Good luck. Hope you get back on your feet soon. I feel pretty confident Rex and the people at BUDs will work with you. They are swamped and bot answering the phones. Might be good to send a letter via USPS right to one of the owners Rex McClanahan or Joe Murphy at the Lexington store and explain your situation.
