I had to cancel most of an order after being charged shipping for 34 lbs. Two 4 oz bottles of oil/solvent, one 10 oz aerosol can of oil and a few packs of pistol targets weighed 26 lbs?!?! The ammo at 8 lbs was probably correct but the other 26 lbs got canceled. Anyone else had issues with shipping weight and charge errors? That was crazy! Missed it by over 20 lbs. I'm a long time PSA customer that really wants to like Buds. Being overcharged for shipping won't make me a fan.

I've had issues like that. Like one day I ordered Kershaw knives and 100 round of 9mm and the shipping was ridiculously priced and the weight was off by like 17 pounds. I called buds. You should call but it's tough right now because they're busy,

The weight on one of the items is incorrect Contact Buds customer service use  the blue chat now button  and they will correct it . We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions

Jim, I agree Sir. Buds Customer Service can have the weight corrected, they have for me in the past in 15 minutes but, as you know, they are having contact, logistical and order issues due to COVID-19. You just have to keep trying to contact them via Live Chat since their phone 1-859-368-0371 is currently not manned. I wish I had something concrete to tell you Sir. Being customers the same as yourself, we cannot give you an answer. Buds will have to pull it together and get their many issues resolved. Hope they do soon. Stay safe and Cheers!
