Earnest, No problem buying this pump shotgun in IL. Buy with confidence. The IL restrictions are all about semi auto shotguns.

It is 100% legal in Illinois Its not a shotgun it is a "firearm " just like the Mossberg shockwave and as such shotgun rules do not apply https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/illinois_restrictions.pdf
