yes normally it works great but things are crazy there right now all we can do is be patient and keep trying . We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions

It has been sporadic in the last few days Sir. Buds and others are having contact, logistical and order issues due to COVID-19. You just have to keep trying to contact them for an order status via Live Chat since their phone 1-859-368-0371 is currently not manned. I wish I had something concrete to tell you Sir. Being customers the same as yourself, we cannot give you an answer. Buds will have to pull it together and get their many issues resolved. Hope they do soon. Stay safe and Cheers!
