No, the combination of the detachable rotary magazine and threaded barrel/flash suppressor disqualifies this rifle.

No this is not a CA ready rifle. For CA ready firearms they will be specially marked in the description. If I'm correct it is illegal to market guns for sale in California if not designated correctly. Look for the CA LEGAL marking in the title or description of the gun.
