Angelo, yes it is Sir. Pump shotguns do not carry the same restrictions as Semi-Auto's. Cheers and stay safe!

Yes it is NY compliant as a Pump action "The following are prohibited: ✘ Semi-automatic shotguns that have one or more of the following features: 1. Folding / telescoping stock 2. Thumbhole stock 3.
