sorry it not CA compliant it has 2 issues 1 it is not on the CA DOJ approved list and 2 it has a 16 round magazine

Sergio. no Sir, it is not CA compliant. Currently all of Buds CA compliant XD's are out of Stock. Buds current California Handgun model, and they are low stock, are here : budsgunshop.com/search.php/type/Firearms_Handguns/exclusive/ca
