Jeff, No. Must be CA compliant to even get shipped to CA.

sorry buds will not ship a non compliant pistol also to be compliant the gun must be submitted to the CA DOJ and the company has to CA pay for testing to make that specific model number compliant if the offer the same gun in 2 colors (black and stainless) and only submitted the black for testing the stainless one would still Be non CA compliant and illegal for sale in CA
