Dave, I have heard from other members that if magazine capacity is the ONLY state restriction that some Buds personnel have offered to remove/replace magazines. I would contact Buds Customer Service to see whether or not they will at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

here lately we have heard that buds will ship with NO Magazine if that is the only reason that a gun is non compliant you would need to Contact Buds customer service available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday use the blue chat now button and they will help you with theorder . We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions

Another way to go would be to look into the Sig Sauer p320 Compact series ... they are made to shoot with 15 round mags and there are 10 mags available too for the really dumbed down states. The Sigs are great shooters with lots of parts and accessories out there too. Just a keeping your options open.
