Jason, the only difference is the 415010851 has a 24" Heavy Carbon Steel Fluted Barrel with 1:10 Twist and Threaded Muzzle 5/8x24 TPI with Thread Protector and the 415010846 has a 24" Heavy Carbon (Non Fluted) Steel Barrel with 1:8 Twist and Threaded Muzzle 5/8x24 TPI with Thread Protector. ****Note**** Both are 24 inch Heavy Profile. I am looking at the savage web site and they dont list either as having a fluted barrel they list them with the exact same barrel 57492  https://www.savagearms.com/content?p=firearms&a=product_summary&s=57008 and 57490  https://www.savagearms.com/content?p=firearms&a=product_summary&s=57006 you may have to select 6.5 prc tab
