Both are listed as CA compliant, but one has CA in the model number. The only difference I found from the product description was the safety mechanism on the JS92M9A1CA (ambidextrous, firing pin block). If this is the case, is that the only difference? They are also priced differently on buds. Please advise, thanks guys

Alexi, that is the only difference Ma'am, The price difference is because Buds prices are tied to stock level and higher stock similar firearms can be priced differently according to the number of each in stock. Cheers and stay safe!
