I recently made a big ammo purchase to be delivered to CA. What are the restrictions or limits to purchase ammo and have it delivered to CA. Also how much do FFL's charge to receive deliveries?

the limit is the amount ($)  you can put on your credit card. its up to the FFL what he wants to charge or even if he will receive ammo shipments  I suggest you call a few and get their prices before ordering

There is no limit. The charges depend on your FFL/Licensed Ammunition Dealers. Give local dealers a call to get a quote. It was my pleasure to assist you.
