I'm looking at purchasing the traditions 1851 Navy in steel frame and am wondering what buds' policy is if after inspection I want to exchange it due to the fitting or action. I know traditions isn't the highest quality, but I'm just looking for a casual shooter and not a show piece. I currently have an 1851 brass frame which has loosened itself up, and would like one sturdier.

Brandon, Only Buds Customer Service can answer/assist you with this issue but, as you know, they are having contact, logistical and order issues due to COVID-19. You just have to keep trying to contact them via Live Chat since their phone 1-859-368-0371 is currently not manned. I wish I had something concrete to tell you Sir.
