Granted this isnt the highest quality load but I was using Winchester 2 3/4" 1oz 6 shot. It is a light lead load and not ejecting at all. I'm hoping buckshot shells will cycle. I really dont want to go through the return process.

Stick with it, its a quality gun. I'd try a few different loads, oil it up inside and out, give it a break in chance, then go from there.

Hey John, this sounds like a low power load. Try a high brass load with the same #6 shot or a different #6 shot load. I think it may be just an under powered lot of shells.
