Will the EAA MKA 1923SA handle the mini 1 3/4" shotgun shells.  If not is there a modification to enable it to cycle and fire the mini shotgun shells?

Michael, no Sir. These are not recommended in any Semi-Auto shotguns Sir. They do not have sufficient power to reliably cycle Semi-Auto Shotguns.
