Julian, if it was a firearm, just decline it at your FFL and notify Buds who will process a refund after they have arranged for pickup and reception. If it is a non firearm, you will need to contact Buds Customer Service for an RMA.

If your order is a Firearm let your FFL dealer know to send it back when it arrives. They don't like to do this obviously because they don't receive any type of payment. However most people know their local gun shops so communication is the best way! Hope it helps!

You have to get a return authorization from Bud's. If your FFL refuses the shipment it'll get sent back to them, but it will take a lot longer for the return to be processed and your money refunded.
