I am looking to purchase a Ruger AR-556 (which shows to be in stock.) My worries are, the reviews on google seem to be less than expected due to lack of customer service and some of which being firearms arriving damaged or scratch.. my question is, if I order my Ruger AR-556, and have it transferred to my local FFL - if I examine it on site and mine is damage and I refuse the transfer.. will it be sent back and replaced with a better one without scratches or damage or what happens then?

yes if it is damaged they will replace or refund your money just do NOT ACCEPT transfer

Jay, yes Sir, this is the correct process. If there is an issue with the rifle, refuse the transfer, notify Buds who will arrange for pickup. Once Buds receives the rifle back, you will have the option of a suitable replacement or a refund. Cheers and you and yours stay safe!
