they are very close to the same. The G48 being a single stack mag it is slightly narrower

There compare well, but prefer the 19 over my 48. I have nothing against the 48. I just have so many years experience with the 19.

Duff, the Glock 19 is Overall Length 7.28" - Height 5.04" - Width 1.34" - Weight 23.99 Ounces and the Glock 48 is Overall Length 7.28" - Height w/ Magazine 5.04" - Width 1.10" - Weight 20.74 oz.(unloaded) so .24 inches thinner and 3.25 oz's lighter.
