No, 357 Sig is a different cartridge based of the .40 S&W case and is physically too large in diameter to fit in a 357 Magnum chamber. It is also not rimmed so would not stay in place without moon clips.

No. They are a different type of 357.

NO they are not interchangeable the 357 magis rimed straight wall case for use in revolvers and the 357 rimless necked down 40 S&W case for use in 357 sig chambered pistols
