I did not have a problem with mine it was about like loading a 7 round 1911 ,mag

Mark, you have to load the mags to capacity and let them stay loaded for just a couple of days. Unload them and then try loading again which should be much easier. I load mine by also pushing down on the rim of the currently loaded round with the thumb of the hand holding the magazine at the same time i am pressing a new round with the loading hand.
