Hello there sweets! You guys don't have any much of any restrictions on bolt guns. The BDL and CDL are legal there. Happy shootin!

They are legal in California. Just don't thread the barrel and install a suppressor because then you'll be in deep trouble if you get caught.

Gustavo, The CDL or "Custom Deluxe" is the nicer of the two rifles. The CDL stock has a darker flat finish and straight comb walnut stock, with the barreled action having a matte blue finish. Where as the BDL stock has a higher luster and a Monte Carlo comb on the stock and a polished blue finish, with iron sites. Both are CA compliant, Buds just needs to update their CA firearms listings.
